Your project starts here! There is no better way to visualise your project and its viability. Our Workshops include a full lidar scan of your property, home consultations with an Architect, design meeting in our studio to explore your 3D model and a cost report prepared by a Quantity Surveyor.

Once you are comfortable with the design and costs for your project we can start adding detail. We take care of the local authority permissions, dealing with any consultants and preparing a fully coordinated design package ready to send to tender.

Finding the right builder is the most important step in the home transformation process. We have a purpose build tendering platform with pre-qualified contractors to give you the best chance of finding the right fit for your build.
