This client wanted a complete renovation to transform their home into their dream property, accommodating for a growing family’s needs whilst modernising the space for events. The project underwent internal alterations, a loft conversion and a single-storey extension to maximise the space and functionality of their home.

A single-storey extension was also designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing structure, creating a spacious and inviting area for entertaining whilst enhancing the property’s overall aesthetic appeal.
In addition, a new terrace and sunroom were strategically positioned above the extension, providing a unique vantage point to enjoy the scenic south-facing view while adding a touch of luxury to the property. A carefully designed loft conversion, complete with a new staircase and dormer, offered two additional bedrooms and a bathroom, catering to the children’s needs and providing ample space for growth and enjoyment.
